A slow morning in the city, even though the heat wave kept most people from doing rigorous exploring. Early afternoon found the choir walking towards the First Baptist Church in Krakow. Fun fact: this church was once the gestapo headquarters and there was once a swastika painted on the wall. The pastor and his wife so graciously fed us in their church basement.

Back at the hotel we quickly changed into our concert attire and headed to the town hall. The venue was gorgeous with beautiful paintings and amazing acoustics. We were very honored to have the composer of one of our Polish songs present. Another great concert in the books!
